Works great for open houses. 3. Great battery life. 4. No freezing of the screen when on a phone call.

Ipad 2
Advantages: 1. Great for real estate presentations. 2. Very portable to carry in your daily life. 3. Works perfect with hot spot from phone. 4. Very easy to search mls when being on the go at all times.

At this point your asking yourself "Is this person a sales rep for apple?" The answer is NO. The reason I have chosen all apple products is to sync everything together and I only need to enter my contacts and real estate notes in one place and it will transfer to all my devices flawlessly. In conclusion it has saved me time and I am able to handle my real estate business from any location and be a better real estate agent for my clients giving them information instantly. I have passed on my experience's with my Santa Cruz Realtors and we have some very happy and efficient agents.
