American Dream Realty would like to thank all of it's clients for the continued support in 2007. During the past 12 months our office had over 425 closed real estate transactions. The total number of closed transactions was a small increase over 2005 & 2006. This increase was due to a very loyal client base and our excellent hard working Realtors in our Santa Cruz Office & Our Scotts Valley office.
