American Dream Realty, a Santa Cruz real estate brokerage would like to congratulate Tim Huxley for winning the use of the ADR Mercedes convertible for October. Tim started his real estate career with RCI Realty and joined the ADR team two years ago. Tim is a joy to work with, he is a hard worker, very knowledgeable, and has a special talent with short sales. Tim exhibits all the qualities that make up a great short sale negotiator as mentioned in my previous post "Tips for short sales".
ADR began this year with the goal of adding some additional excitement to the local real estate market. We wanted to incorporate a contest that would not only keep everyone motivated but to also encourage exceptional customer service. With this goal in mind we decided to give away a new Mercedes Convertible. Each month agents accumulate points with new listings, closed escrows and positive client surveys. Every month we have a drawing that includes all of our agents that have accumulated points for the previous month. The winner is awarded the use of the car for the month. At the end of the contest, which will be in the fall of 2012 we will be awarding the Mercedes to one of our lucky agents.
